All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase and another email once your order has been shipped.

We ship to most major regions worldwide.

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Express Shipping (where available): 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, or holidays.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order value, weight, and destination.


3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package anytime through the Track Your Parcel link on the UnboxGem dashboard.


4. Order Issues & Support

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at support@unboxgem.com.

For damaged or incorrect items, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, so we can assist you promptly as per our Returns & Refunds Policy.


5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing an order. UnboxGem is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
